TIPS ON ORDERING FABRIC

For each fabric, all of the available yardage increments are listed in the "Select Yardage" box.
1/8 yard = 4 1/2"      1/4 yard = 9"      1/3 yard = 12"      3/8 yard = 13 1/2"      1/2 yard = 18"
5/8 yard = 22 1/2"      2/3 yard = 24"      3/4 yard = 27"      7/8 yard = 31 1/2"      1 yard = 36"
Fat eights = 9" x 20"      Fat Quarters =  18" x 20"

Note: Colors may appear slightly different sometimes when viewing over the internet compared to the actual piece.
All yardages will be cut in one piece.

If you would like less than one yard:
1. Select the amount you would like under "Select Yardage"

If you would like, for example, 5 yards:
1. Select "1 yard" under "Select Yardage"
2. Then in the quantity box, enter how many yards total, for example, enter 5 in the quantity box.

If you would like, for example, 5 1/4 yards:
1. Select "1 yard" under "Select Yardage"
2. Then in the quantity box, enter how many yards total, for example, enter 5 in the quantity box, if you would like an amount between 5 & 6 yards.
3. Then go back & select "1/4 yard" under "Select Yardage" & enter 1 in the quantity box.
4. You will then receive 5 1/4 yards total.
5. OR you could select 1/4 yard under "Select Yardage" and then enter 21 in the quantity box (since 1/4 yard times 21 equals 5 1/4 yards.

The Quilting Cupboard respects your privacy. We do not sell, rent, loan or transfer any personal information regarding our customers to any unrelated third parties.

SECURITY: Our online shopping cart is completely secure, so any personal information cannot be viewed by anyone except us. You will see the closed padlock in the bottom corner of your browser page indicating it is a secure shopping cart during checkout. Your shopping cart will be saved in our system for 14 days.

SPECIAL ORDERS: We are always happy to special order items that we do not have in stock. We will do our best to try and get items you are looking for. On special order items, however, we must receive partial or full payment before we order. Contact us for further info.

SHIPPING: We ship all orders through USPS. Orders received by 4pm CST Mon-Fri will go out within 2 business days, unless it's a holiday. If for some reason, you select the wrong delivery method or tax amount, we will automatically choose the correct one & charge you the correct amount, whether it be less or more. Shipping prices are an estimate. We may increase the shipping & handling charge up to 20%. We will lower your charges if shipping & handling is less then stated. If you would like to add insurance to your package, please specify in the ordering instructions box. The insurance will be added to your total when your order is processed & you will be charged the full amount. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages without insurance. No refunds will be given on lost packages without insurance.

BACKORDERS: Also, you may have noticed that we put items on our website that are a future delivery. We have found many people enjoy this option, you just may have to wait a little longer until the fabric line is available. Since delivery dates are an estimate, please be patient, as you will receive your order or be notified & credited if the items are no longer available. Backordered items will marked on your order as: B/O. We send backordered items as soon as we receive them or they are back in stock. No extra shipping/handling charge is added. You are charged the total amount of shipping with your initial order. Restrictions may apply for orders outside of the contiguous 48 states. If you would like to cancel a backordered item, you must let us know within 7 days of the original order date. You will be notified if we can no longer get items you ordered.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: We try to update our website weekly, to ensure you have the most accurate information. But sometimes things become out of stock during this time & we are unable to change this right away. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause if we are out of an item you have ordered.  If an item is out of stock, it will be marked on your order as: O/S.

CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS: There is a $10 fee for all cancelled orders after they have been processed.
All returns and exchanges are subject up to a 20% restocking fee. We inspect all of our goods very carefully before they leave our store to ensure you receive the best of quality. If you have any questions or problems with your order, you must contact us within 14 days of the original order date. Because of the nature of our items, most sales are final. No return is accepted without authorization. No refunds or exchanges will be given until we receive the merchandise back. Credit will be given to merchandise returned in saleable condition only. No refunds on postage. Return postage is paid by the consumer.
