ORDERING/PRODUCTS: You may order online or by phone. Online orders get processed more quickly. Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final. **PLEASE NOTE: Since colors can vary on each computer/devices as well as dye lots in fabric, actual colors may vary from what you see on your computer/device.

Phone Orders: You may pay by credit or debit cards: Visa, Mastercard or Discover. If you would like to pay by other methods, please contact us before sending payment or orders. We manually process phone orders, so if there are any issues, we will notify you which may cause delay in your order. If we feel there is any suspicious activity we have the right to notify the credit card company of fraud alert. Totals in shopping cart may vary from final totals for reasons such as: low stock, item substitutions, insurance option, wrong selection of S&H, tax or other menu options errors, special requests & computer glitches (we will notify you on glitches). Your final receipt will be mailed along with your items.
SPECIAL ORDERS: We are always happy to special order items that we do not have in stock. We will do our best to try and get items you are looking for. On special order items, however, we must receive partial or full payment before we order. Any deposits or payments made for special order items are non-refundable. Items that are unwanted cannot be eligible for a refund. If the item is no longer available, we will refund 100% of any deposit. Any items that are unclaimed or not picked up within 90 days of notification that order is in will be eligible to be put in our stock. Contact us for further info.
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING: We ship all orders through USPS. Orders will usually go out within 2-3 business days, unless it's a holiday. If we need to contact you regarding your order, we will do so via e-mail. Please try to respond promptly as this may cause delay in the order processing. If for some reason, you select the wrong delivery or tax amount, we will automatically choose the correct option(s) & charge you accordingly, whether it be less or more. All shipping and handling prices are an estimate and we may increase the shipping & handling charge stated on your order receipt up to 20%. We may also lower your charges if shipping & handling is less then stated. Consumer is responsible for any additional costs outside our store such as international custom and/or duty fees.
INSURANCE: If you would like to add insurance to your package, please specify during checkout. The insurance will be added to your total when your order is processed & you will be charged the full amount. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages without insurance. No refunds will be given on lost packages without insurance. Insurance is $1.00 up to every one hundred dollars (ex: $1.00 for up to $100, $2.00 for $100.01-$200, etc). This will be added to the total on your receipt/screen after it has been submitted. Your final receipt will be in your package.
COUPONS/DISCOUNTS: All coupons and discounts are subject to exclusions & restrictions. Valid for in stock items only, during valid dates and specific locations only. Excludes: sale items, previous purchases, future delivery items, special order items, quilt racks, quilt hangers, rug frames, purchases of gift certificates and other exclusions may apply. FREE SHIPPING OFFER: When offer is active: Certain orders may qualify for free shipping offer. This is valid for standard shipping in only 48 US States (excludes AK & HI) only. If any items are backordered, your order may be subject to hold until all items are in and your order is complete to ship. BACKORDERS/FUTURE DELIVERIES: We put items on our website that are future deliveries with an estimated delivery date given to us by the manufacturer. We cannot guarantee any of these times, but please be patient, as you will receive your order or be notified & credited if the items are no longer available. If any items are backordered or a future delivery, your order may be subject to hold until all items are in and your order is complete to ship. If you would like your items shipped separately, there may be additional fees to do so. Restrictions may apply for orders outside of the contiguous 48 states. If you would like to cancel a backordered or future delivery item, you must let us know within 7 days of the original order date (cancellation fees apply, see below). Backordered items will be marked on your order as: B/O.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: We try to update our website weekly, to ensure you have the most accurate information. But sometimes items become out of stock during this time & we are unable to change it right away. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause if we are out of an item you have ordered. If an item is out of stock, it will be marked on your order as: O/S. You will not be charged unless it is a backordered item.
CANCELS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. We try to process and ship orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee that cancellations are possible. Once order has started processing, it may be subject to applicable fees. All cancellations and authorized returns/exchanges are subject up to a 20% restocking fee. We inspect all of our goods very carefully before they leave our store to ensure you receive the best of quality. If you have any questions or problems with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving product(s). Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final. No return is accepted without prior authorization. No return on clearance or sale items. You must contact The Quilting Cupboard for proper authorization. Product(s) must be returned within 7 days of authorization. No refunds or exchanges will be given until the merchandise is returned and credit will be given to merchandise returned in saleable condition only. No refunds on postage and return postage is paid by the consumer. If an incorrect item has been sent to you, we will exchange it for the correct one at no cost to you and provide the return postage for the incorrect item(s). If an item is ordered in error due to consumer, we are not responsible and may have the right to refuse the return. If a package is refused upon arrival and returned to us, this is not an acceptable return and refunds will not be given. Allow 2-4 weeks for credit to be issued.
